The defaults pointed out by the Registry of this Court in the instant case stand ignored as of now.

Heard the matter finally on admission stage with the consent of learned Counsels appearing for their respective parties. 3.

The limited grievance that the Petitioners have in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of the Respondents in not deciding the claim of the Petitioners for grant of employment in lieu of the land belonging to the Petitioners which stands acquired.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent/SECL submits that the claim of the Petitioners shall be considered in accordance with the policy governing the field, at the earliest.

Given the said submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at this juncture directing the Respondents No. 2 & 3 to ensure that the claim of the Petitioners for employment is processed, considered and decided at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The outcome of the decision of Respondents shall also be communicated to the Petitioner promptly.
