It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was student of M. Tech (Digital Electronics) 4th Semester, After declaration of result, the mark-sheet issued shows that the petitioner is student of M. Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) and because of this mistake, the petitioner is unable to take admission in further course. Hence, this petition was filed praying for issuance of appropriate writ directing the respondents to make correction in the mark-sheet of the petitioner for taking admission in further course. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection, if this petition is disposed of with appropriate direction.

After considering on the submissions made from both the sides, this petition is disposed at motion stage. The relief prayed by the petitioner in relief clause -1 has been complied by the respondent No.1. However, the mark-sheet of the petitioner is yet to be corrected, therefore, the respondent No.1 is directed to issue the corrected mark-sheet of the petitioner regarding fourth semester of M. Tech (Digital Electronics), in which the petitioner has appeared. This correction may be made on or before 11th of November, 2021.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed off. C.C. today.
