MAC No. 586 of 2013 was disposed off by this Court as per judgment dated 08.06.2020, remitting the matter to the Tribunal for fresh consideration as specified therein and to have the same finalized within a maximum of three

months from the receipt of copy of the judgment. It has now been requested by the learned Tribunal as per the communication bearing No. 75 / 1st AMACT/2020, Kanker, dated 20.11.2020 (referring to the unfortunate hurdles on the way) for further granting time to have the matter finalized. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, we find it appropriate to grant a further period of 'three months'.
