The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 19.07.2021 passed in WPS 3698/2021. Vide the said order the modification sought for is to the address of the respondent no.3 which inadvertently has got typed as Principal, Government Ghanshyam Singh Gupt, P.G. College, Balod, District Balod, Chhattisgarh, whereas it ought to had been Principal, Government College Bhanpuri, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the said mistake occurred on account of typographical error on the part of the counsel while preparing the writ petition.

The limited modification sought for is not opposed by the counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the order dated 19.07.2021 passed in WPS 3698/2021 stands modified to the stand that address of respondent no.3 shall be read as Principal, Government College Bhanpuri, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh. Counsel for the applicant is further directed to carry out necessary amendment in the original writ petition also within a period of four days. The Certified copy of the present MCC shall be released to the applicant only

after necessary amendment be carried out in the original writ petition itself. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed. Let this order be made part of records of WPS/3698/2021. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rohit
