1. Heard on CRMP No. 1994/2019, which is petition for restoration of CRR No. 898/2019 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2019 for want of prosecution.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the same is allowed and CRR No. 898/2019 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee.
