This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.463/2014, registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 489 B, 489 C of IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and looking to the allegation against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, the trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.
