1. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the inaction on the part of the respondent in not finalizing the claim for employment for land oustee moved by the Petitioner No. 1.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the land belonging to the father of the petitioner was acquired by the respondents and as per

-2the rehabilitation policy, the petitioner was entitled for employment but the same has been given to the petitioner inspite of completing all the requisite formalities.

3. Given the aforesaid submission by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet, if the Respondent No. 2 to 4 are redirected to verify the claim of the petitioner and if the same has not been decided till now; the same be considered and decided in accordance with the Rules and Regulation and the rehabilitation policy applicable, at the earliest, preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

4. It is made clear that, if the claim of the petitioner has already been decided by the respondents, no further action needs to be taken by the respondents.
