This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7853/2017. 2.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second bail application. He further submits that out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 08 prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial Court, therefore, time may be framed for early conclusion of the trial. 3.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.
