1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order (Annexure P1) dated 13.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Khairagarh District Rajnandgaon to Dharamjaigarh District Raigarh.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the seniority of the petitioner which is a Class III employee working as a Assistant Grade-3 is maintained at Kachar level and the place where the petitioner now being transferred, his seniority would get adversely affected as such the place does not come within the same Kachar in which the seniority is not maintained.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the Petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents in this regard within a period of 10

-2days and respondents in turn shall take a decision within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the decision is decided, there shall be a stay of effect and operation of the order so far as the petitioner is concerned, including the relieving order if any which has been issued. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyotijha
