1. This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.60/2020, registered at Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120 B, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the MCRC.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty granted earlier shall remain intact.
