1. Heard on this petition.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred a Revenue Case No.88/A-6/2020-21 against the order before Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur, C.g. against order dated 26.03.2021 passed by the S.D.O. The appeal was entertained and vide order dated 29.06.2021, stay order was granted

-2which was operative until the next date of hearing. On the next date of hearing, the interim order granted was not extended. The petitioner has filed application for continuing the interim relief but the same has not been heard and decided by respondent No.2 so far. Hence, it is prayed that direction may be issued.

3. However, considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider on the prayer made by the petitioner in the application for extension of interim relief within a period of 15 days from today and it is also directed that the appeal preferred may be disposed off preferably within a period of 03 months from this date.
