The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P.S No. 4717 of 2019, which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 28.06.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application and on due consideration of the same, subject to the petitioner depositing cost of Rs. 2,500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within a period of 7 days, the writ petition would stand restored to its original number and on producing/furnishing the receipt of the deposit to the Registry, the WPS No. 4717 of 2019 would stand restored to its original number.

The present MCC, accordingly stands allowed.
