1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.570/2020, registered at Police Station Sirgitti, District: Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B), 28, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Even after the matter was called in the second round, none appeared for the applicant, therefore, in these circumstances, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the MCRC for want of prosecution.
