The prayer which the petitioner has made in this writ petition is for a direction to respondents to consider his claim for grant of fixation including any benefit of time pay scale which the petitioner would had been entitled while he was in service.

The petitioner has made repeated representations in this regard which till date has not been decided by the respondents. 3.

Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner is for monetary benefit which he is entitled for as per rules, subject to the verification of the

entitlement, let the respondents No. 2 & 3 take a decision on the claim of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 2 & 3 of the order passed by this Court.
