1. The present contempt petition had been filed by the applicant alleging noncompliance of the order dated 06.08.2018, passed by this Court in WPS No. 4806/2018.

2. Vide the said order this Court had set-aside/quashed the cancellation of appointment of the petitioner dated 11.07.2018. After quashing of the said order, this Court had reserved the right of the respondents to conduct an inquiry and pass a fresh order in accordance with the findings, so arrived.

3. The reply of the respondents have been filed and along with the reply they have enclosed Annexure R-2/1 dated 13.09.2018, whereby pursuant to the order of this Court, it is said that the respondents have permitted the petitioner to resume office. Based on which the petitioner has also given her joining.

4. Given the said facts, that the respondents have reinstated the petitioner subject to the outcome of the inquiry, in the opinion of this Court, the order

-2stands complied with as of now and there is no requirement of proceedings further with the contempt petition. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off. The respondents also stand discharged from the contempt proceedings.

5. The right of the petitioner stands reserved to challenge by way of a fresh proceeding, in case of any subsequent development detrimental to the interest of petitioner.
