1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had moved an application before the authorities for considering the case of the petitioner for transferring him from Community Health Centre, Bakawand to the office of Chief Medical & Health Officer, Kondagaon.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he had made the request on a mutual transfer as there was another person i.e. the respondent No.3- Sudesh Chand Rai, who is willing to come in place of the petitioner from Kondagaon. Though he has made a representation in this regard, but same has not been considered by the authorities till date.

3. Given the limited grievances, which the petitioner has raised, let the respondent No.2 consider the case of the petitioner for a mutual

transfer with the respondent No.3 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Let the petitioner file a fresh representation in this regard to the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
