2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite having issued the communication dated 28.4.2018 -Annexure P/4, directing the petitioner to receive the land acquisition compensation amount of Rs.290451.00, the same has not yet

been paid to the petitioner.

3. Considering the document- Annexure P/4, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondents 3 & 4 to forthwith disburse the amount under Annexure P/4 to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
