Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 14/10/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Court of Sessions, who has granted anticipatory bail to non-applicant No.2.

(2) Permission is granted.

(3) Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

liberty as aforesaid.

(4) The certified copy of the order impugned be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
