1. The limited request that petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No. 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner for transfer to nearby location. At the present place of posting the petitioner has already worked for a period of more than 15 years of time.

2. Given the fact, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner at the earliest and decide the same in accordance with transfer policy of the State Government as early as possible.
