1. The contention of the petitioner is that he has not been given proper fixation of pay on his retirement in accordance with circular of the State Govt. dated 13.06.2012.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has not made any representation in this regard to the authorities concerned.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a suitable representation in this regard to the respondents No.2 to 4 along with all supporting documents that the petitioner has, and the respondents No.2 to 4, in turn, may consider the representation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
