Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 28/08/2019 This is an ofÏce reference seeking modification in the order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in MCRC No.4223/2019.

In the order dated 07.08.2019 passed in MCRC No.4223/2019 there appears to be a typographical mistake relating to the nature of case.

From perusal of the record, it appears that in the order passed in MCRC No.4223/2019 the nature of case has wrongly been typed as CRR in place of MCRC. Thus, the error is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the nature of case be read as MCRC No.4223/2019 instead of CRR No.4223/2019.

With the modification as aforesaid, ofÏce reference stands disposed of.
