1. Victim/prosecutrix along with her father is present before this Court in person. She submits that she has strong objection in grant of regular bail to applicant as she is having threat of her life from applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive after examination of prosecutrix.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
