(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been

arrested in connection with Crime No.271/2014, registered at Police Station Tarhabar, District Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 420, 466, 467, 468, 470, 471, 403, 411 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicants' first bail application were dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 17.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 986/2015 and the second bail application of the applicants were also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 24.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.4446/2015 .

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it is a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
