1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not want to contest this petition on merits. However, he prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide his pending representation dated 06.07.2019 for curtail of route from Korba to Bankimongra (22 KM) & extension of route from Korba to Balco (14 KM) and change of time in Regular Stage Carriage Permit No.722/B/2019 on the route Bankimongra to Chandrapur via Korba, Urga, Tuman, Sakti, Malkharoda, Chhapora, Dabhra and one return trip daily before the respondent No.1, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that if the above

application is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today.

3. In view of the foregoing, according to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication.
