The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.183/2016 registered in Police Station Pulgaon, District Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 304-B/34 of IPC & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.
As per the prosecution case, deceased Jamin Bai was married to the applicant on 1/05/2013. Subsequently, she committed suicide by setting herself ablaze on 28/03/2016. It is alleged that the applicant used to demand money to get himself employed and also used to demand ornaments and for that deceased was subjected to cruelty. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, general allegations have been levelled against the applicant and no specific allegations have been made and the deceased committed suicide over other reason, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the case diary and the statement of the witnesses. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations
levelled against the applicant, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
