(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.367/2014, registered at Police Station Nandghat, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376, 506-B of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 02.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 896/2015.
(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
