(2) In compliance of the order dated 10.05.2018, the Commissioner has already heard and allowed the appeal and matter has been remanded to the District Regularization Committee by order dated 10.08.2018 and petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy as the matter is pending consideration before the District Regularization Committee. (3) In view of the aforesaid discussion, the contempt petition is closed discharging the rule issued.
