Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/01/2018 After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the submission that the applicant would be applying for grant of regular bail as similarly situated co-accused - Safia Toppo (Sarpanch) and Shishupal (Salesman) have been granted regular bail in MCrC No.4360/2017 and MCrC No.5469/2017 respectively.

In view of above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
