2. The petitioner would challenge the order passed by the Collector, District Balod in a proceeding under Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.

3. Such an order is revisable before the Commissioner, therefore, this Court would not entertain this petition at this stage.

4. Let the petitioner avail the alternative remedy within a period of 15 days from today. On such revision being preferred, the Revisional Authority shall consider and decide the same, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months.
