On 26.08.2016 the revision petition was ordered to be admitted. However, inadvertently I.A. No.01/2016 for condonation of delay could not be decided. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the said application and which is also not opposed by the counsel for the applicant, I.A. No.01 is allowed and the delay of 311 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.

The Revision with the consent of both the counsel was finally heard and decided. The final order is passed separately and kept on record.
