The claim of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for grant of compassionate appointment on the death of her husband who died in harness on 12/09/2017.

The petitioner had moved an application on 02/02/2018. The said application till date has not been decided.

Given the factual matrix of the case, let the respondents No. 4 & 5 take a decision on the claim application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in accordance with the rules and regulations

governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today.

In addition, the petitioner would also be at liberty to move another appropriate reminder application to the respondents No. 4 & 5 in respect of her claim.
