1. The limited relief, which the petitioner has sought for is for deciding the second appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of termination dated 24.03.2017 pending before the respondent No.2.

2. Not opposed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the second appeal preferred by the petitioner against the termination order dated 24.03.2017 as also the rejection of the first appeal on 03.10.2017.

4. Let the respondent No.2 decide the second appeal of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
