1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner so far as the claim for grant of interest on the delayed settlement of arrears of 7th Pay Revision and also the difference of gratuity amount on account of the implementation of 7th Pay Revision is

concerned.

2. The limited relief sought for is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of directing the respondents 1, 2 & 4 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner so far as the grant of interest on the delayed payment of arrears and the difference of gratuity amount is concerned, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
