(1) The accused/applicants have moved this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.59/2014 registered at Police Station - Kelhari, District Korea (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D) & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) The applicants' first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 27.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.
No. 1734/2015.
(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
