The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.123/2015 registered in Police Station Kotararoad Raigarh, Distt. Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B)/34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant alongwith co-accused has obtained an amount of Rs.2 lakhs from Suraj Kumar as also obtained amount from Vijay Khunte and Gaurav to get them job in Jindal Steel. Thereafter, medical verfication were carried out and certain appointment letters were issued which were found to be fake. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that entire amount was paid to Nutan Das and no role has been played by the applicant, charge sheet has been filed, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the FIR and statement of the complainant Suraj Kumar. Taking into fact that joint allegations have been attributed against Nutan

Das and present applicant and certain amount deposited in the account of the applicant, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
