1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.395/2020, registered at Police Station Urla, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(B) the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
