The present is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the Applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 83/2017, registered at Police StationBagbahar, District- Jashpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application, with a liberty to approach the concerned Trial Court moving appropriate application.

As prayed, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
