The counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a prayer that the respondents made decide the claim of the petitioner so far as the services of the petitioner being merged with the service under the Director Medical Education.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner so far as merging the services of the petitioner from under Director Health Services to the services under the Director Medical Education at the earliest.
