By the impugned order dated 09.07.2018, the application filed by the petitioner / defendant for calling of the records of the lower Court has been rejected by the Family Court, Bilaspur against which this writ petition has been preferred.

Mr. N.K. Shukla, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law and is liable to be set aside.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

The Family Court has rejected the petitioner / defendant's application on the ground that certified copy of the documents can be produced. 5.
In the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner is at liberty to file the certified copy of those documents before the Family Court, Bilaspur and if such documents are produced the Family Court shall consider it in
accordance with law. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make an application for further examination of the witnesses, if any, that will also be considered by the Family Court in accordance with law. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No cost(s).

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for needful and compliance.
