2. This petition has been brought specifically to challenge the order of the trial Court passed in Complaint Case No.354/2017 dated 9.2.2017 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioner for trial of offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. Petitioner has remedy and option to approach the Sessions Court in revisional jurisdiction.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to it and seeks to withdraw this petition.
