1. The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification in the order dated 23.11.2020 passed by this Court in MCRC No.5206 of 2020 where the Crime Number has wrongly been mentioned as 736/2019 whereas the correct Crime Number is 388/2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that in fact due to typographical error, Crime No.736/2019 was mentioned in the bail petition but the actual Crime Number is 388/2019.

3. As per the charge sheet, the actual Crime Number is 388/2019. The father of the petitioner has also filed affidavit in support of the present Cr.M.P. The State counsel, on verification, also submits

that the actual Crime Number is 388/2019.

4. In view of above, the Cr.M.P. is allowed. The order dated 23.11.2020 passed by this Court in MCRC No.5206 of 2020 is hereby modified to the extent that Crime No.736/2019 be read as Crime No.388/2019. However, rest of the terms and conditions mentioned in the said order shall remain intact. Sd/- Gautam Chourdiya Judge Akhilesh
