1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order AnnexureP/1 dated 16.08.2019, whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Office of Public Works Department (B/R), Division: Jagdalpur to the Office of Public Works Department (B/R), Division: Dantewada, (C.G.).

2. The challenge is on the ground is that, the petitioner's present place of posting which is a scheduled area where he has been working for about 30 years, now vide the impugned order of transfer he has been sent to core scheduled area which is contrary to the transfer

-2policy of the State Government as also the circular issued by the State Government from time to time.

3. According to the petitioner, if at all the petitioner had to be transferred, considering the fact that since 30 years he is working in a scheduled area and should have been transferred not to the nonscheduled area.

4. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within 10 days from the date of copy of this Order and considering the fact that, it is a case of transfer and the respondent authorities may decide the same within further 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation, as per Rules.
