1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.08/2018 registered at Police Station-Mahila Thana, District - Raipur(C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 377 & 511 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. This is the second bail filed by the applicant. Earlier bail application bearing MCRCA No.761 of 2018 of the applicant was disposed of with a direction to him to surrender before the concerned trial Court and apply for regular bail. The trial Court concerned was also directed to

Page No.2 consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail of this applicant preferably on the same day, if he surrenders and files such application. However, instead of complying with the said order, he has filed present anticipatory bail application, which cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected at this stage.

4. Applicant is at liberty to raise all those grounds which are raised in this application before the concerned Court.
