Considering the fact that the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 01.12.2020 has been passed pursuant to an interim order granted by this Court on 13.10.2020 in WPS no. 4067/2020, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition as such would not be maintainable. The liberty available to the petitioner would be to move an appropriate application in the said writ petition for recalling of the interim order passed by this Court and also for recalling of the consequential order passed by the Department later on.

With the aforesaid liberty the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
