Mrs. Richa Shukla, Deputy Govt. Advocate, for the State. This petition has been filed for restoration of Review Petition No.20/2020, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 23.11.2020.

On due consideration of the reason stated in the M.C.C. No.1/2021 for non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to restore the Review Petition No.20/2020 for hearing. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed and the Review Petition is restored to its original number.
