1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Birra, Block Jaijaipur to Aara, Block Jashpur, District Jashpur.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has been wrongly transferred as he is no longer working on the place from where he is shown to have been transferred vide order dated 22.08.2019. Vide order dated 12.07.2019 the petitioner had already been transferred from Birra, Block Bamhnidih to Singhra, Block Malkharoda and he had already joined his services immediately. The said order of transfer was with the approval of the concerned portfolio Minister.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and taking note of the previous order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 which was complied with by the petitioner, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 day from today, and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 22.08.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.
