1. This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.42/2020 registered at Police Station Badanji,

MCRCA No. 1785 of 2020 District Basar (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to the applicants to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.

3. In view of the prayer made, the application is dismissed, as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

4. In the event, the regular bail application is filed by the applicants, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the jurisdictional Court.
