1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 28.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 786/2020 registered in Police Station- Civil Lines, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 304-B read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
