Heard Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous. He further submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if cause of action arise. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition, if cause of action so arise.
