1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 19.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner as Angan Badi Worker from Angan Badi Centre, Karbala Road, Ward No.26, has been terminated.

2. Under the scheme governing the service conditions of Angan Badi Worker, challenge to the order of termination is to be made before the concerned Collector.

3. In view of the fact that the scheme has a specific provision for challenging the impugned order of termination before the competent authority, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the concerned competent authority at the earliest for ventilating her grievances.
